John was protecting the house by making barriers around it. After, everyone sat down and talked about there options and what to do. the nearest city was 105 miles away and they don't have enough gas to get there. before the meeting john was attacked by three dogs. he had to shoot them which made Jen sad.

One Second After
John is now scared as he realizes that ther might never be power again so he goes to the highway gas station were his buddys at. he talks to the gas station owner and tells him that he should stash away his cigarettes.
